Drone aerial photography

Drones represent one of the most exciting developments in photography in the last few years. They give you unprecedented views that were only possible before if you were lucky enough to own a helicopter or light aircraft! The latest drones carry amazing cameras with the capability to capture photo stills of 20Mpx and more.

Advanced drone technology

Today's drones have some incredibly sophisticated technology on board that has revolutionised aerial photography. That technology enables us to hover the drone in one spot with rock-steady stability. It's almost like using an aerial tripod. That allows us to spend time on compositional adjustments to make sure we're able to capture the very best of the subject we're photographing.

Aerial photography for any purpose

So, with professional-quality cameras on our drones we're able to provide you with high-quality still images and video from the air for almost any requirement you might have:

  • Landscapes
  • Sporting events
  • Estate agency property marketing
  • Product promotions
  • Business marketing & promotions
  • Weddings, christenings, birthdays and other special events
  • Corporate events
  • Wildlife
  • Film and TV subjects

In a sense, aerial photography is no different to other forms of photography – it's still all about the light! The fact that we can shoot RAW images gives us more options to work with in post-processing your images - we always supply you with the RAW images alongside the JPG files so that you're free to do your own post-processing later on if you'd prefer.

Versatile photography options

There are a number of options available to us when taking drone aerial photographs which means you can be sure that you're going to get some amazing aerial photographs when you hire us:

  • Oblique Photo capture looking down at an angle to the target subject
  • Vertical Photographs taken from vertically above the target subject
  • Wide-shot A capture of an subject in context with its immediate surroundings
  • Panorama A horizontal, wide shot of a large area. Often, stitching of two of more carefully taken images of adjacent areas is done to produce the effect
  • Close-up The name says it all - we can generally get within 2m of a subject
